ORDERS:

You will receive an order confirmation including shipping info shortly after the order placement.

* Regular orders will be shipped within 24 hours.

* Fly food will be delivered within three business days after order.

SHIPPING: All packages are shipped by Fedex Ground by default. You will receive e-mail with tracking information from Fedex. If you want to expedite the shipping, please indicate while ordering.

BILLING:

Cash, checks, purchase orders and major credit cards are all accepted. Monthly or

bi-monthly invoices are possible for regular orders upon request.

PROBLEMS:

If there is problem with any products, please notify us within five working days

upon package received.
